It’s giving 2015 liberal in the best way possible. Great prices awesome atmosphere and I appreciate the self service station. My only complains: We got the “breakfast monster” crepe and I felt it was a tad too much pesto Please do self service coffee

The place is cool, clean, and welcoming. The staff is also nice. Wait time was minimal and it's in a great downtown location. You must get a seat first, then go to the counter and order your food, and then they will deliver it to your table. My matcha with oat milk was great. The brownie wrapped in a crepe, with vanilla ice cream and strawberries was disappointing. Although a large dish, the brownie was more like a dry piece of layer cake with an ultra-subtle essence of chocolate. I will give them a second chance because I know the establishment does much for the community.

skinny pancake has unique crepe options, as well as sandwiches and cocktails. the crepes themselves are really good, and the filling is amazing. we ordered fruit crepes and savory crepes- all were very good. recommended stop in albany!

Highly recommend Skinny Pancake! The menu had something for everyone. Delicious crepes with fresh ingredients from Vermont. The basil sunflower seed pesto in my Breakfast Monster crepe was top notch - what flavor! The Blueberry Pie crepe (yes, with a scoop of ice cream at 9am, shhh) was made with tiny blueberries and not overly sweet to have as a treat with breakfast. Excellent coffee too, and a cozy ambience with brick walls, leather couches, wood furniture and even a merch area. Soothing earth stones with pops of color. The employees were friendly and you could tell they took pride in working at this established. A must visit!

Stopped here for breakfast which was VERY delicious. I ordered an egg sandwich and a cup of coffee the servers were great and atmosphere just as great; nice and mellow. Parking was a bit rough as it's in the middle of Albany and we were having a hard time finding street parking. No complaints other than that.
